Mount Mary's Basilica, Bandra

mountmaryThe Basilica of Our Lady of the Mount, more commonly known as Mount Mary Church, is a Roman Catholic Basilica located in Bandra, Mumbai.
Mount Mary's holds the most popular midnight mass in Bandra  and it is a midnight one, getting underway with carols at 11.30 p.m., as it's held indoors. As the name suggests, the church sits atop a small hill overlooking the ocean, close to Bandra Bandstand. Although the current church edifice is just 100 years old, the history behind the current statue of Our Lady goes back to the 16th century when Jesuit priests fromPortugal brought the statue to the current location and constructed a chapel.

Saint Andrew's Church, Bandra

St. Andrew's Church is one of the oldest churches in Bombay, built by the Portuguese Jesuits in 1575. It stands on the sea-shore of the Bandra suburb of Bombay, and was the only church there till the first quarter of the 17th century. Quaint Saint Andrew's Church has a distinctive Portuguese-style facade, incorporating two bell towers. It's a quieter option for those who can't get seats at Saint Mary's or Saint Peter's, or for those who prefer it that way. The Christmas mass starts at 10.30 p.m. here as well.

Saint Peter's Church, Bandra

The foundation of the original St Peter’s Church was laid in April 12, 1852, by Bishop Hartmann. The Church was completed in September 1853. It is a Jesuit Catholic church, holds another very popular Christmas mass. The service commences at 10.30 p.m. with carols.

Saint Michael's Church, Mahim 

St. Michael's Church is one of the oldest Catholic churches in Mumbai. The church is situated in Mahim, located at the intersection of L.J. Road andMahim Causeway. Due to its location, it is also informally known as Mahim Church.The church is famous for its Novenas on Wednesdays, which is visited by thousands.The Christmas mass is hugely popular and gets underway with carol singing at 11 p.m. 

Gloria Church, Byculla

Gloria Church is one of the oldest Roman Catholic churches in Mumbai built by the Portuguese Franciscans in 1632. The church is situated in the Byculla area of Mumbai.[1] 

The Church is built in English Gothic Style. The four towers are amongst the tallest church towers in Mumbai and the windows here also have beautiful stained glass. Carol singing starts at 11.30 p.m., before the mass at midnight.

Saint Thomas's Cathedral, Fort

St. Thomas Cathedral, is the first Anglican church inMumbai It is located on Veer Nariman Road, close to Horniman Circle Gardens and the Flora Fountain.It is renowned for it’s award winning stained glass work.Carol singing starts at 10 p.m., followed by mass at 10.30 p.m.

Holy Name Cathedral (Wodehouse Church), Colaba

The Cathedral of the Holy Name is a Roman Catholic cathedral situated in colaba ,Mumbai. It was built to replace the older one in nearby Bhuleshwar.It is decorated with array of artwork.
A full ceremonial Christmas mass is held for around 3,000 people and it's broadcast live all over the state. The Cathedral Choir starts singing carols at 9.30 p.m., and the mass gets underway at 10 p.m. and finishes around 11.30 p.m. 

Lady of Immaculate Conception, Borivali

Lady of Immaculate Conception church is situated in IC Colony Borivali west. It holds very popular Christmas mass on it’s grounds which is attended by more then 10,000 people in recent years. It starts at 10 p.m, after carols at 9.30 p.m.
